Roy
Treatment Coordinator
Roy joined Exceptional Smiles at University Park in 2003. He has four years of dental assisting experience and continues to expand his education on an ongoing basis by attending advanced dental courses at The Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies. Roy finds it very rewarding to be a part of a team that strives to educate patients of the benefits of modern dentistry techniques, such as smile makeovers and TMJ treatment. In his free time, Roy enjoys spending time with his children, Alec (8) and Avery Jo (5), as well as hiking, biking, hunting, fishing and cooking.
Tiffany
Practice Manager, Financial Coordinator.
Tiffany has been a member of Dr. Solich's team since June of 2007. Her career in the dental field has expanded over 16 years with her primary focus being administrative and practice management. She loves working with patients and helping them to maximize their benefits and fit their dental healthcare into their budget.
Tiffany's free time is spent with her husband Scott and three children Cole (9), Kailey (6), and William (1). When she is not out enjoying her families extracurricular activities, she is busy continuing her education.
Jeannette
Dental Hygienist
Jeannette brings 21 years of experience to the office starting as a dental assistant, and then going on to achieve her bachelors of science degree in dental hygiene in 1993 from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry.
When not in the office, Jeannette is at home in Monument with her husband, Tae, and their three daughters, Tylar, Tara and Tori.
Michelle McHuen
Patient Coordinator
Patient Coordinator, Michelle, joined the team in October of 2007. She brings 10 years of dental assisting skills to the practice, with emphasis on children and most recently with adults.
Michelle's concentration is primarily on the administrative end of the practice however she still enjoys assisting Dr. Solich at the chair when the opportunity arises. She continues to strive to stay abreast of the latest changes in the field through advanced continuing education.
Her free time is enjoyed with her husband, Lynn, and two children Skylar and Dakota. You will find her active in coaching softball and volleyball teams with her kids.
