Our hygienists, assistants, and administrators are all highly-trained and experienced in what they do, and they’ll help you feel right at home starting at your very first appointment. From check-in to checkout, our team will make sure you have everything you need to enjoy the most stress-free and fulfilling dental visit of your life. Tiffany, Practice Manager/ Financial Coordinator
Tiffany has been a member of Dr. Solich's team since June of 2007. Her career in the dental field has expanded over 28 years with her primary focus being administrative and practice management. She has attended Colorado State University-Pueblo, Pikes Peak Community College, and the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She is trained in CPR, first aid, AED, and financing. She loves working with patients and helping them to maximize their benefits and fit their dental healthcare into their budget. Tiffany truly cares about each person she interacts with and really enjoys seeing them smile!
Most of Tiffany's free time is spent with her three children named Cole, Kailey, and William. Her oldest is currently proudly serving the country as a Marine. Her other hobbies include hiking, gardening, and camping, and reading. Here’s an interesting fact about her: she only eats M&M’s in colored pairs.
Jeannette, Dental Hygienist
Jeannette brings over 33 years of experience to the office, first starting as a dental assistant. She eventually went on to achieve her Bachelor’s of Science in dental hygiene in 1993 from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry.
Jeannette loves incorporating the latest technology with a personal touch to help people reach and maintain their optimal dental health. She is also proud to be part of such a wonderful team and spend time with patients who truly appreciate them! A firm believer in continuing education, she feels very fortunate to be a part of a progressive environment. She is an Expanded Function Dental Assistant and a Registered Dental Hygienist. She is also certified in laser dentistry.
Originally from Korea, Jeannette grew up in Salina, KS. When not in the office, she is at home in Monument with her husband Tae (the best guy ever) and their three daughters Tylar, Tara and Tori, who are all currently in college. Her hobbies outside of work include traveling, reading, hiking, and snorkeling.
Michelle, Dental Assistant
Michelle joined the team in October of 2007, and her overall career in the dental field spans 23 years and counting. She loves making people smile! She earned her education from Pikes Peak Community College.
Michelle continues to strive to stay abreast of the latest changes in the field through advanced continuing education. Her education includes expanded chairside functions, teeth whitening, Invisalign, K7 neuromuscular treatment, ICAT, and oral surgery assisting. She is an EDDA and has her certification in nitrous oxide. Dr. Solich also teaches her more and more every day!
During her free time, she enjoys being with her two children Skylar and Dakota and her grandson. You will find her staying active by watching her children playing softball, participating in rodeos, and riding her horse Ruby. She is also a HUGE Disney fan.
Jessica, Dental Assistant
Jessica has been working in the world of dentistry for five years and counting. She attended Union County College in New jersey before pursuing her oral healthcare education at IntelliTec College. She is currently certified in CPR, AED, X-rays, and as a CDA and EDDA. Her favorite part of this position is being able to spend quality time with such wonderful patients and coworkers.
At home, Jessica has a son named Trey, a daughter named Avery, and a Chocolate Lab named Charlie. Her hobbies outside of work include hanging out with friends and family, playing golf, mountain biking, hiking, and riding motorcycles. She has an adventurous spirit, and it definitely shows!
Jane, Registered Dental Hygienist
Jane has been in the dental field as a hygienist for over 35 years. She attended Colorado State University-Pueblo and the University of Northern Colorado before studying dental hygiene at Pueblo Community College. She regularly takes continuing education courses to keep her skills up-to-date and has additional training in laser dentistry, neuromuscular dentistry, and advanced ultrasonics. She loves working so closely with people and building up such a strong level of trust with patients!
Jane has a long working history with Dr. Solich. She began working with him in 1986, moved to Missouri and then Georgia, and came back in 1998. Later, she took time off for her kids, returned as a sub in 2009, and then officially rejoined the practice in 2015. She has always considered it a privilege to work with Dr. Solich and is so fortunate to be able to return to him through all of these years!
Jane has been married for 35 years to Brad. They have 3 grown children: Adam is a grad of CU and now lives in Colorado Springs. Kayla is a CSU grad and lives in Laguna Beach, CA and Michelle is a graduate of CSU and lives in Eugene, OR. Outside of work, she is very passionate about her Golden Doodles Breck and Bentley. Her other hobbies include skiing, reading, and traveling. Her dream is to one day go on a dental mission to Africa and also a safari to see lions. They’re her favorite wild animal!
Judy, Dental Hygienist
Judy is originally from the Colorado Springs area, and she’s been working in the dental field for nearly 25 years now – with over half of those years spent right here at our practice! She completed the hygiene program at Pueblo Community College and has also attended Pikes Peak Community College and Bellhaven College. She is certified in CPR/AED and anesthesia and has received advanced training from the prestigious Las Vegas Institute. Getting to know the patients well over time and being able to address their dental needs successfully is her favorite part of this job.
Judy’s family consists of her two daughters, one son, and three grandchildren. She loves being a proud grandma in her spare time, as well as biking, walking, and going snowshoeing. In addition to her dental expertise, she also has a real estate broker’s license.
